Help how to use full festures of note with pressure s pen on pc

i am a graphic design, recently purchase note pro 12 inches, enjoy drawing feature with pressurized s pen and touch sceen. however, is any way can use note pro as 2nd monitor that can apply s pen pressure and window touch sceen feature on pc, as the same time work as touch sceen of pc with cable connection? most of third party remote app doesnt work this way, while no pen pressure recognized or probabe have touch feature but not the way that window touch method work. Thanks.
