With 30 days left, thought I could get this rolling.

Now that we have a powerfull (battery hogging) phone and several good browser options (Dolphin HD, Skyfire), any suggestions on how to get live feed of the games into DINC? Free or Paid, lets hear it.

Why not just download uStream and find the feeds on there?

They are sure to be everywhere. uStream is how I watched it a few years back at work.

    Bump.

Our break room at work doesn't even have a TV. I'm not worried about battery life, I'll just charge my phone while I watch. Do any of the feeds from rojadirecta.com work on android?

unless we get 2.2 so we can install the Slingbox app we're SOL. I tried everything, and the espns sites vids don't work. There are a few good WC apps with promises of live score updates but this is TBD. All us footie fans unite and hope that 2.2 arrives on June 11th!
    Slingbox FTW! FORZA ITALIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try channelsurfing.net with the Skyfire browser. It usually has all the major sporting events. My iPhone buddies were freaking out the other day when I was watching the Lakers game live on my Incredible.

I believe ESPN will be offering an option for free mobile viewing - although the content will most likely be streamed via flash. Shouldn't be a problem for those with froyo, it remains to be seen whether the rest will be able to. I'll check back after a bit of research.

Apologies, I'm not sure how this impacts our international audience.

I just used USTREAM and had no problem watching LIVE NHL PLAYOFFs.
means that world cup wont be a problem.

I second that, I am confident ustream will be the best app to watch the soccer matches. I am watching tennis (french open) right now and it is great. I think they will definitely have alot of games posted to watch. The only thing you will need to do is find the one with the best quality.
