My phone is always on Hspa:10. How do I get it on Hspa:15? I probably sound like a total noob but other people have reported really high speeds on the other and I just wanna get in on that lol

Someone told me that meant you were in an area that hasn't been backhauled. In other words, no HSPA +. There is nothing you can do about it.

    Are you on ATT?

Is there HSPA+ coverage in your area?

I see on your profile you're on t-mobile/metro pcs. T-Mobile has hspa+42 but only in certain areas, so it depends on where you are. I don't know much about Metro PCS.

I'm on T-Mobile and under network info it says UMTS:3. What does that mean? I'm pulling 6Mbps down and 2 up.
