Help htc desire hd A9191 arabic please help!

Hi guys! i have htc desire hd A9191.
Android 2.3.3
HTC Sense version 2.1
baseband version 12.54.60.25u_26.09.04.11_m2
radio 26.09.04.11_m2

I want to to put arabic language but at these moment i dont have any idea on how & which tools to use. please i need help...

i downloaded these files.(Arabic_Android_Plus_for_HTC_Desire_HD_Sense_signed.zip).

can someone please give me an idea on how to inject these files on the device? and which tools to use.

Or should i download any ROM to flash my device?
please any step by step procedure for this case?

Where did you get the zip file from? Generally zips are flashed with CWM or one of the other recovery tools. You need root for that sort of thing though.

Android doesn't natively offer support for Arabic, there are plenty of custom ROMS which do though.

i googled that zip files as i thought i can be able to inject that files but until now i havent got any idea on how to. So Sir, can please guide me how to root my device? And where can i get some of those custom ROM's for my device? TIA!

That's the guide to rooting and downgrading, there's another sticky here which gives instructions on installing the most popular Sense based ROMs.

I'm a big advocate of rooting and custom ROMS, but you're voiding your warranty (you can return to stock though) by following the procedure. How desperate are you to install the language pack?
