Dear AndroidForums,
I am experiencing a random case where my HTC Desire Z seems to have a mind of its own. After some research, I realized the HTC Droid Incredible was a victim of this as well, however, I believe this is a worse case.
The last straw that got me searching for help was, I went to the Android home screen, and it just decided to go right every few seconds and change screens. I would go back to the home screen and it would just go right again.
Also sometimes when I type in WhatsApp or SMS it would go out of the text box to the send button or select the previous messages. This is very irritating as I have to select the text box again and again every few seconds.
I figure it must be the trackpad, as its behaviour represents that of an over sensitive trackpad.
Has anyone had the same experience? Could you get it fixed? I don't want to send it in and then its not fixed and have it return with more problems.
Below are posts to the HTC Droid Incredible phones that seem to have the same symptoms.
