i cant get my evo to load at all. goes to the HTC screen then screen goes black for a short time then back to the boot screen. it will repeat this process over and over. I restart the phone holding down the power and volume and get to that scren and it says

also when i first boot this screen and its go to load alls those files that flash by, it says theres no image for each file it trys to load. i was told by a guy that works at a phone carrier that it needs flashed or system reinstallled.i dont have any idea but thats what he does all day. i think i just need to reinstall the original system but have no idea what the heck im doin so any1 with some info would sure be great.
