Root HTC Has a software But I dont know how to install....

It notified me of an update but I don't know how to install it.
USA BOOST HTC 510 Unlocked, Rooted, TWRP working.
It downloads the update, goes into recovery but don't know where to install it
and/or where to find the downloaded file.
Has anyone else got this, is it worth worrying about the update?
anyone have a fix?

This Software Enhancement provides the following enhancements / improvements for the HTC Desire 510:

Sprint Application updates:

• Sprint Zone
• Mobile ID
• Visual Voicemail
• Lumen Toolbar – (Lollipop MU following in 2015 This will be removed)

This update will also provide a fix to address the following post launch issue:

• Some users may see a persistent notification message referring to a SMITH tool expiration – logging tool for HTC. This notification has zero impact on the usability of the device, but the message is confusing to the customer. This message will no longer be displayed with this MR
