    Just a quick word that HTC Hero has won the Best Mobile Handset or Device award at the Global Mobile Awards Ceremony.

    Agreed, its a great phone just needs that little touch of speed and a better camera that doesn't blur, with flash. :)

    I've been using Taskiller set to close apps when the phone "sleeps" and I've found it's really speeded up the whole phone, obviously I've set a few to ignore, mail ect. When I pick up the phone everything feels a little snappier.

    I have found killing a lot of apps before you use the camera makes a huge difference, less blurred photos.

    Eh well it's hardly going to be phone of next year Griever:p one thing is for sure it won't be an iphone next year!

    iPhone is all about simplicity... that's just the one thing I do NOT like. :) On the other hand... lets hope that andriod 2.1 with the new sense ui will bring a little more on the table.
