Support HTC Hero problem

    Hi...Hope you are all well!:p
    I have a question regarding my new HTC Hero...I bought an unlocked one and are currently using it with TMobile. My internet works, but I am unable to go to the market to get applications. Does anyone know what to do? I already called and spoke to TMobile but they were unable to help me. The message I get is: Can't establish reliable data connection to server...
    Please help!

    Good question. I have no idea. I'm going to move you to your phone's forum... but did you try to do a factory reset?

    No-I am not electronic savvy and wouldn't know were to start.

    If you're able to browse web pages on the handset then your data connection is fine. Have you created a Google account and signed-in to it?
