Hello this my first ever thread and I need help urgently. I've had my HTC hero for 4 months now It's the european model, I love the phone but the past few weeks the bottom touch buttons are totally unresponsive, I dunno why this is I've tried everything to fix the problem e.g the good old turn off and on trick, removing the battery and system restore.
Its so frustrating to say the least and because the bottom row of my virtual keyboard and call button doesnt respond, It must be the bottom part of the scream.
I would get it repaired but just wondering if theres a way to fix this problem?

Have you got a screen protector installed? If so you could try using the touchscreen without it on.

It's a plastic sheet you stick on top or the touchscreen to protect it from scratches. It's not something that code with the phone you have to buy id seperately.

It might be a hardware issue you have then. I would take it instore to get it checked.

On a side note its freezing where I am....cold fingers :(
