First... I didn't do this. I take no credit. Found the link on XDA forums. It is in .apk format and doesn't need root access! Go to THIS LINK (UPDATED) in your browser... After installed, go settings and go into Language and keyboard. Once there check "Touch Input": Then go to any text entry field and long press it until you see "Imput Method"... Then select "Touch Input." Now you have the HTC Keyboard in an enjoyable resolution for the Nexus One (And Moto Droid) screen!
