HTC People App, no Exchange contacts option in View

I have had my phone for only a week so I am a bit new to everything.

I would like my contacts in Exchange to appear in the HTC People app. However, when I go to:

People > menu > View, I see only:

Only contacts with phone number
SIM
Google
Show auto Gmail contacts
Phone

My Exchange contacts _do_ show in the People Search App so I know they are accessible to my phone.

Suggestions?
