Help HTC Sensation sluggish since upgrade to Ice Cream Sandwich

Hi, since I accepted the automatic upgrade to Ice Cream sandwich my HTC Sensation phone has become particularly sluggish (it was sluggish before but now it is ridiculous!). Any suggestions? Kind Regards, Matthew

I had to factory reset mine after ICS in order to get stability and performance back.

Will I lose all my settings and data if I factory reset?

When you go to do a reset put a tick in the box to save settings and backup account (look in Privacy on you phone)...I backed up my phone to be sure using My back up pro from google play...There is others on there you can use....After you factory restore just download the app again from the store and click restore from in the app....Everything on your memory card will be fine....You might have to set your ringtone and stuff i had to.............
