Help HTC sensation strucks allways

Hi ,

I am using HTC sensation T-mobile, unlocked and it has installed android V 4.0.1, it gets struck at least once in day, i am very much disappointed with this, can any one suggest me what could resolve my problem?

1. Downgrading android version to 2.3.4(ginger bread)? if yes how to downgrade pls let me know in detail bcz i have no idea on that
2. Upgrading Android Version ?
if yes how to downgrade pls let me know in detail bcz i have no idea on that

one more thing when i try to see the phone information by holding both the top & side buttons at a time it doesn't snow any information how to get it
