Help HTC Sensation XL not working

hi,
My phone was working all normally and suddenly the screen went off and now it doesn't turn on. I tried removing battery and sim card several times but nothing works. I also tried to charge it and see if it works but no help. Any suggessions what happened?

I had the same problem with mine, I took it back to the store and was given a new one, so far so good
