HTC Sense Friends accidental IGNORE

Hi, I've just got myself a new baby... A HTC Desire HD, and while setting it up I came across this new part in sense that adds friends. It seemed to add hundreds of requests from my Flickr photo account and as I was scrolling down the page clicking ignore to every flickr request, I accidentally ignored a request from my friends phone.

I now cannot find it and was wondering how to re-run the program and or click on adding that person on HTC Friends, or have i now blocked him for eternity?

Do any of you clever people know if I can sort this?
