I have managed to get my HTC sync work with my Windows 7 and it connects to my phone and says it is syncronishing but then nothing transfers from my phone to my Outlook.

Does anyone know where I am going wrong or what I can try?

I am not sure but think you can only pull contacts from your comp to phone not the other way round. I would like someone to confirm this as I would like to know for sure, thanks.

Make sure you save your contacts and calendar events under type "Outlook". If they are saved as "Google", it won't sync.

Thank you so much for that. I that I was going slightly mad. All my calendar items and contacts were set to google and as soon as I created on as Outlook it synced straight away.

This should be just what I need when I go live on my work Outlook.

    Cheers.

I have been having the same issue with Sync. My corporate Outlook (2007) syncs to my phone, but, appointments I schedule when out on the road, show up as (blue) on my phone, but do not transfer back to my Corporate PC. I looked for the 'sync' to outlook option, but, could not find it on my Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 Android phone.

    Any help is Greatly appreciated.
