Error messages? What exactly happens? Same/different versions of Outlook? etc etc.

    We need more info.

where as you can for all the remaining sync options

I have had the same problem with my work computer. I cannot select the People and Calender "On" switch. It is greyed out.

Knowing the IT people I have done some testing and it turns out that you need admin access to your PC to enable this to work. Not just as a power user either.

There is something in the new version of the Sync that requires access to something that only Admin users have access to. Not sure what as I have not done any further testing on this.

No known work around to this except to have admin access. Sorry.

Try MyPhoneExplorer (Google it to find it).

I've got the same problem. I've got this problem since my harddisk crashed and I've to reinstall everything and the HTC sync installation is fine but when it is connnected with my HTC Chacha via USB, it can never be recognized for the sync software. However, this cannot recognized as a USB drive.

    Any help appreciated
