Until now, HTC has been mum about the whole Apple patent lawsuit. First Google had their back, then the Apple vs. Google thing heated up, but now we finally hear what HTC has to say and its a beautiful thing. Apple is a sore loser, but it's okay. Down the line Microsoft will bail them out again and they'll start picking up steam again. It's like a cycle.

Yeah, I remember that bailout. Microsoft gives them 300+ million dollars then ten years later Apple makes fun of Bill Gates and Microsoft in those silly commercials.

I love that HTC decided to play hard ball with these morons at Apple.

Try to file a lawsuit on us for multi-touch? Really? Fine, we'll counter you for infringing our smartphone patent.

Owned. Go back to making stupid computers.
