Huawei Ascend G510 Despertion

Hi. I have been looking everywhare to get a Bootloader unlck for this phone and was told to request on from Huawei I have been looking for days but seem to be going round in circles. After putting in a wrong unlock code I can no longer use my Voda sim as it says Network sim locked. I have also paid for 2 unlock codes then told they cannot get the codes after I have paid. I have heard if I install the Voda stock rom I will be able to use my sim again but I cnnot do it with a locked Bootrom.

Do you need an unlocked bootloader for that or can you do it with Huawei's desktop software?
