Root (Huawei) STUCK ON ANDROID SCREEN PLS HELP***

I have the Huawei from Cricket. I turned my phone off, and now when I try to turn it back on its stuck on the Android screen... What did I do?? Is this broken?? Can it be fixed???? & how??? Someone please help I feel so alone without my phone

What were you doing before you turned it off? Where you installing any Roms or rooting?

I have the same problem, never attempted to root never attempted updating or anything. would be happy if you could help, I have done a hard reset and occasionally when it would turn on it would be in safe mode but since hard reset i cant even get it to come on at all it just sticks at android screen
