Hey I've got a Huawei X3 that I recently bought. Every now and then, but especially when I'm using apps or playing games like Draw Something, the phone just completely crashes and reboots. Sometimes when it restarts it says "Insert SIM", even though there is a SIM card inside.
Also, recently, it's stopped vibrating and providing haptic feedback even though those options are selected.
I did drop it the other day (only from 2ft up though), but this is been happening before that.
I've tried factory reset, which I didn't realise would erase all my apps (I did back up to my sd card), so I had to spend ages downloading them again.
Would rooting it help? Or should I maybe take it back to the shop?
