Huge issue with todays update of apex

Hi, i have a really big problem with todays apex update, it keeps sayings apex has stopped responding as soon as i boot my phone, everytime i say ok, it just comes back up again anjd will not go off my screen, this has left my phone unusable as i cannot get that off.

Not sure what i can do now?

My phone is a samsung galaxy s2 running ressurrection remix rom v2.7.
