BitBop just released their Android app so that we can watch (or download) full length TV shows to our phones.

Bitbop Brings a New Challenger to the Mobile TV Market | Android Phone Fans

Download directly from their site here: m.bitbop.com

I downloaded it and I'm going to give it a shot. I'll report back with my opinions after a couple days. Finally some mobile TV other than Verizon's crappy Vcast!

Looks badass, hopefully they will support lower end devs later on.

Anyone know if this is flash dependent?

Its pretty easy, just go to m.bitbop.com with your phone and it will automatically find the correct version for you

I started my free trial. I am impressed with the video quality and like that I can download for offline viewing with out a signal, like on a plane.

I haven't decided yet if I will continue after the trial, just because they don't offer a lot of the shows I watch. They have some good ones and as their choices expand I will definitely be paying the monthly subscription.

I think the price is a little steep.

Vcast is the same price but poor video quality, and hulu on the iPhone is also a pay service. I don't think mobile tv will ever be free the same as cable at home isn't free

I found that most of the tv shows were not available for offline viewing. I was disappointed and stopped the trial.

Seems alright. I'd try the trial but they want my CC info. I'll just wait for netflix.

Yeah, it's one of those "if you don't cancel within X days, we'll just automatically bill you for your convenience" trials. That's why I stopped immediately, I always forget to cancel LOL
