Okay I gave away my GPS device to my wife took her crappy one for my own use it was so bad that I gave the sum b itch away, no wonder she would always get lost with this piece of crap MIO.

So now I only have my droid there in lies the problem what is the easiest way to get a house address inputted, the voice input never gets the correct address unless you are doing one liners. If I try to spell it out before I finish it times out, and I can't seem to consistantly input it through the search bar on the home screen if I do it will only show a map of the place and does not offer the navigation to the place what am i doing wrong. It was so bad today i pulled out a paper map.

Please let me know the exact steps my address today was 3910 antioch church rd 23150 could not say it could not spell it and could not input it could not get it very frustrating help is needed or I am gonna have to buy another GPS

in car home: hit navigate, type in the address in the "end point" field, hit go...then navigate. i'm not sure what the problem is...i just put that address in...i'm 211 miles from sandston, va.

Add your home address as a contact "home" or to your wifes contact then tell it to navigate to "home" or "wife"

the best way is to log into your google account and then goto google maps and create your own my maps.then you can create as many points of intrest that you want. then from your phone go into maps then hit the menu button select layers then more layers then there should be a my maps selection hit that. on then all of those points will show up on the map. the secret of this is on the bottom left hand of the screen is a list icon if you hit this it puts all of of those points into list view which is very handy. if you travel to a lot of places like i do. this is the best way i have found.

Once you have the map displayed there should be a pin icon (A) depicting the address. if you click on the pin you should get a menu, Navigate is on of the options.

    Hey BuddieC -
I'm with you on this one ... Google couldn't find the address. But this has happened to me a few times in the past. What I did is leave off the street number, in your case "3910". All I asked Google to find was "antioch church rd 23150". It popped up immediately. A lot of time with these rural addresses, Google doesn't always know the street numbers. So it interprets it completely wrong.

    Hope this helps!
