I'm the longcat from Amazon. Let me give you all a little background... The first extended battery for my S3 that I bought is the QCell one. Someone said something bad about QCell when I said I got it, so I decided to buy two other brands available... Onite and Hyperion. Then I did the runtime tests, and I saw that the QCell battery didn't run as long, so I was curious and peeled back the battery cover. I saw that the cells were undersized and the space was filled in with shims. That's when I decided I would buy all the batteries I could, and test them out scientifically so nobody else would have to get ripped off. I bought a CBA-III and I recently made a website where I have all my reviews. As of now, I think I have bought and reviewed every battery for the S3 on amazon... except one that's still on a ship or carrier pidgin from Hong Kong. I also have one on the way from Gorilla Gadgets. If you want to see all of my reviews, the site's agallonofmilk and you know what to put before and after. I also found a fascinating characteristic of one of the standard batteries I reviewed. At 250mA load, the battery lasted as long as stock at about 2100mAh capacity, but at 500mA it only could deliver 750mAh or so. I did a second test to make sure I didn't mess anything up, and to my surprise, the battery tested at 1400mAh. I was still curious so I tested it yet again, and it tested at about 1850mAh. So, contrary to what many people say, lithium ion batteries won't be at their best right out of the box. Anyways, I'm glad you guys and girls found my review useful.
