I bought my x10 from ebay, and he claimed it was brand new.

When I typed in the NCK for the first time I had this answer:

    Requesting network unlock...
SIM Card locked. Contact your network operator.

In the service menu under SIM lock I got :

    [x] Network 0
    [] Network subset 10
    [] Service provider 10
    [] Corporate 10
    [] SIM 0

    What can I do?

Will we be able to reset NCK counter and/or unlock NCK with root access?

    Thanks for your answers,

Sounds to like its a stolen phone mate, I could be wrong but I sounds like the Provided has issued a lock over the air for that phone. Best bet is phone the provider to find out and explain that it was bought from ebay, after all you have the paypal and ebay trasaction emails to prove it!

    OK I'm confused!

You title says one thing and your post another... Or is the title what the seller said?

But it does seem like you have either a stolen phone or somebody that took out a contract phone and ripped off the shop by not paying the contract and then you by selling you the phone.

Yes, I know I messed up, I thought I copied and pasted another title, in the title, but it wasn't right, so yeah, I already got it fixed anyways.
    From HTCCode.
