I don't have 2.2 but i just relized i have the newest version of the android market.

I don't root or any funny business so of course i have android 2.1 but i just check the android market and i have the enhancement for what you would get in 2.2 like updating all download apps, automatic updating and a separate section for comments.

Is this happening for everybody that has 2.1?

I just checked and I don't think I have it yet. It would be very cool if I did.

I did notice changes in the market's layout the other day however.

It [the new market, reorganized, with the new 15 minute refund policy] is supposed to roll out to everybody with Android 1.6 and above.

IIRC, the new market now segregates themes and wallpapers into a separate category (finally, and hooray!). See New Android Market get overhauled UI, changes refund window to 15 minutes – Android and Me
