Get your minds out of gutter! Well to make a long story short I got my phone replaced OUT OF THE 30 DAYS by Best Buy today! I went to 3 other BB stores and was promptly told Oh your 4 days past 30..NO! Im like P..P..P Peas can you help and exchange it for me??? There like NOOOOO! So I go to the Schaumberg store explained the situation with the updates problem to this WONDERFUL young lady she called Sprint they told her to replace the phone AND SHE DID! NO REFURB FOR ME!!! This Girl didn't even mention the 30 day clause she just replaced it no questions asked. Now for the interesting part after she swapped the phones out she goes Oh Oh I think I might have found out why your phone was not updating now. She said my account did not have the $10 fee activated on it when they swapped it out last. DRAT! She said this may be why the phone would not update but I did have internet access and Sprint service never caught it either. Well anyway I have a brand new phone and its totally updated now! I even have DI18 now!
