Yesterday verizon sent me a replacement Eris. I am already having problems with it hardware and software. The hardware problem is my speaker rattles and I can barely hear anyone while talking on the phone and the software issue is my phone when it rangs will go to a black screen and I wont be able to answer the call. When I talked to the lady on the phone the first time she told me if my replacement were defective they would swap it out with the Moto Droid which I was happy about. So I call today and tell them the issues and the new lady I talked to said that the swapping of devices was not noted on my account and I now have yet another Eris being sent to me in the mail! The new lady I talked to though assures me that its noted on the account this time that if this Eris messes up or is defective they will send me a Moto Droid. Im so mad that verizon can not do one thing correctly! Its infuriating.
