I have a couple of question about WM8650 running Androd 2.2

Hi Every one

I am absolute beginner. I got a WM8650 Tablet made in china running Android 8650. It does not matter what I set, Tablet uses Arabic as default language.
(a) How do I set English as default Keyboard Layout.
(b) How do I set WiFi connection - I have WPA enabled.Password is in Roman numerals while Tablet uses Arabic. Does it connect automatically? How?
