Help i have a lg optimus f3 and when i go to open crome it opens for like 3-5 seconds then it shut off

As of a hour or so ago my lg optimus f3 shuts crome down everytime i try to use it. I tryed to factory reset the phone but the previous owner gave me the wrong pin. Is it because of a virus? Or what? Can you help me please?

Root the phone using stump then get a recovery on it so u can get a custom ROM all the Info should b in the root section of this forum I suggest go and read on it if any problems don't b afried to ask

When did it start happening? Anything precede the problem?
I'd try uninstalling the Chrome updates and re-updating from the Play Store.

Only other werid thing was that randomly downloaded 3 pics. 2 which were my dogs n a pic my sister made a long time ago but idk where iy coukd have been downloaded from.n my phone wnt let me undownload crome

Use different or go to settings then to apps then find the app ur having problems with and clear the data and cache if that don't work or install don't work use different browser
