yes, and how old are you because if your young it will catch up with you later. when i was 30's could eat anything and never gained an ounce and was thin as a rail. now in 40's have to watch what and how i eat and exersize to keep in shape.

good for you keep it up. i was 38, never worked out a day in my life, was 145 at 5-10 and could ski, barefoot skiing, run playing football, vollyball all day long (so guess i did work out just not at the gym). now 40's and life style slowed down and have to work at it a little harder. and it seemed to just like change over night at around 40-41 whammo. good for you though.

cool!!! that helps out, a forced reason, people always say and then don't and make excuses. many people can't stick to something or make a life style change to keep up with it.
