I reccomend rebooting into recovery and doing a factory reset. usually power down phone all the way and hold power and volume up as the phone boots up. if the phone has a physical home button try power + volume up + home button. if done correctly a green Android with letters above. in this mode you can use the volume up and down buttons to navigate. go down to where it says wipe data/factory reset select with power button. go down to yes and wait until it is complete when done select reboot system now and done superuser should be gone and your phone will be just like you took it out of the box.
Is it the superuser you are trying to get rid of or another app? Some root methods (kingroot ) installs it's superuser as a system app (Kinguser ), very hard to get rid of if not impossible.
