Hello. I'm new to the Android OS. I've been thinking Android for a while because I was getting tired of iOS. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S2, and didn't like it so much. It did seem much faster than my iPhone 4, but the browser would constantly freeze when having more than one tab opened. I didn't like the screen so much. I now have a Galaxy S3, and I'm surprised at the difference from the S2 to the S3. I didn't think there would be a difference since the specs are almost the same. Everything seems to run super smooth. The screen does look better too. I'm still playing with it, and don't know what to get. I'm not sure if I should root the phone. Right now I'm having a problem. Simple Last.FM scrobbler is not detecting PlayerPro. Is it because I downloaded the app onto my SD card without getting it from the Play Store? I'm not liking the volume so much with my headphones. It sounds low compared to my iPhone 4. I was able to get the volume I wanted on the S2 with Voodoo Louder. Is there anything like this for the S3? What apps do you recommend for the Galaxy S3? Something I discovered that I thought was very cool was having a video play in front of everything else while I browsed or did whatever I wanted. That really shocked me! Android didn't really convince me on the S2, but it's convincing me on the S3.
