In less than 24 hours I sold my 32G iPhone 3GS on ebay for $520. That should take care of the early termination fee, the original cost of the phone, AND a lil extra in my pocket! :D

Barely used! I purchased the phone Jul 09 and switched to the Droid a week after it was released.

I really should have held out for more on my 16gb. Sold it to a friend for likely a third less than what I could have gotten.

Hmmmm, I need to get my ebay act together. Lemme see now... 32GB 3GS, 3G Juice portable battery, Apple cradle, MicroCell (or whatever the dam# name is), a few leather cases .... Thing is, while I've been buying off ebay for years, I never sold anything before.... hmmmm ...

Something around 11.5% + VAT on the 11.5%, in the UK anyway.

Consider that current market value is based on what people will pay not what the item is ACTUALLY worth. Values of popular items are artificially inflated in this manner. Look at PS3's, Wii's, Xbox360's, you NEVER see these "on sale" unless it's a package that includes a game and maybe an extra controller. Why? Because PEOPLE WILL PAY FULL PRICE.

I sold my 1 1/2 year old iPhone 3G 16GB two days ago for:
a PSP, $200 cash, and I can decide between $130 more cash or a used Nokia N95.

    Apple stuff never loses value.
