I have tried just about every calendar, reminder, and alarm application and can't find one with a fixed bi-weekly alarm. Any ideas? Thanx

Possibly also creating the reminder in outlook and syncing, but astrid is great. Also a good way to share tasks between people with a remember the milk account.

Last resort would be two different monthly ones 2 weeks apart.

Gemini Calendar supports biweekly events. Just select "Weekly" and new option will show up, that lets you select "Every x weeks".
