Root I Need Help My Phone Is On Sim Card Pin Lock!!!

I Cant Get Access Into my phone so like what do i do it gave me three tries to enter my sim card code but now its lock

I know this is old, and you probably figured it out, you have to contact your carrier and get a PUK code to unlock the sim then once you are unlocked go into security settings and turn off sim lock option make sure to ask for the new sim code so you can turn off the security setting, This happen to me after a flash took me awhile to figure out a setting was changed lol
