Root i need help please!

KO my husbend just bought me the ascend. He bought it form a guy we don't know. I've been looking through the phone and the guys has z4 and titanium. He did a peramant root and it looks like he didn't back up anything. But he uninstalled some of the metro apps and i need them back. Can anyone please help me find out what i need to do because i have no clue.

mobile banking can be found there but the app by your bank (most of the time found in market) tends to work better.
