I have tried to download droid_inc_official_ota_froyo.zip from mejdam's YouTube channel and it keeps failing at 120MB downloaded. I have tried all browsers and at work and home with no luck. Does anyone have a copy of this that they can post somewhere as a mirror?

Why do you need the leak when Froyo is officially available?

It's also available on Google's developer site, but I don't have the link readily available.

I found the image somewhere else and named it as update.zip and installed it from the console. I had a problem that when I went to install the OTA pushed Froyo, it failed to install but showed my phone's software was up-to-date but it was still running 2.1 update 1. All set.

If it says 2.1 update 1, you are not running FROYO even though it says your phone's software is up to date.

Do you have mobile hotspot on it?

I installed 2.2 from update.zip. I'm all set. Thanks for the help.
