    I got my incredible May 1. A week later, I started having problems with it turning up the ringer when I touched the back (no drops or anything). Verizon replaced it yesterday, I activated it, it was working just fine, and then I woke up this morning to find that my replacement phone won't turn on.

    What. The. Hell.

    Anyone? I've flipped the battery, it's plugged in, but nothing yet.

    If it doesn't turn on at all, only option is Big Red..

    I believe Big Red=Verizon

    Mom called Verizon for me, have to reactivate my original phone (thankfully, hadn't sent it back yet) and wait for the new one to come Monday.

    I have crappy luck.
