well i was still able to get into android recovery options and i chose the third option and it rebooted and there i was back on top again still rooted btw but im gonna wait to lag fix that kinda scared me lol also is there a way to have a recovery update . zip file already there on the phones internal sd waiting on my inevidible screw up

The program you want is ROM Manager. You can make what amount to images of the current state of the phone and can flash back to those images if something gets weird. I've done that a few times now. Indispensable app in my eyes.
