    Ok, another question.

    What do I tell the people at Sprint? When you turn it on you can clearly hear the Acclaim's boot tone. They'll obviously know something's wrong.

    oh crap that I don't know.. I guess you'll have to give it a shot..
    But I would say you can have better luck with that one if you don't go to a corporate store I have found that the techs @ not corporate store are more about the hardware than software.
    I been to a couple of those and they have no clue of what I'm talking about when I tell them about a bunch of stuff LOL..

    This just happened to me on my new transform (had a Moment until Sprint gave me the Transform this week) and I just wanted to see if you found an answer and/or what they said about it (o actually what you told them).
