i uninstall my go launcher on my rooted htc desire and i cant download from android market.

am using HTC desire running on miui rom.due to low storage space I uninstall go launcher so I can update my rom.
after updating the rom. I wanted to install the launcher again and I went to android market to download.I tried several times but I couldn't so I tried downloading another app I couldn't.
I need help on how to download the launcher and get more internal storage space.
