I want a charge cord at least 6 feet long

This two foot cord is annoying as heck.

I don't know about the US edition but the wall charger for mine has removable prongs. The interface will fit power cords as well so I was able to add another 3 ft.

Take the prongs off this thing:

You'll be able to find a cord that fits the female end inside the USB adapter at Radio Shack.
