While I was roaming around in the App section of the forum I stumbled across this thread..:

    http://androidforums.com/android-applications/72832-long-press-skip-track.html

One of the people who posted a comment in it claims that by long pressing on their volume rockers, will skip tracks.. does anyone here know if this is true?

Apparently it only works with 2.1.. and if this is the case, which I can't do cause I am running BB v1.. but.. am confused cause its in 2.1 even though I rooted under 2.0.1 and ..oh im getting dizzy.

Anywho.. can anyone confirm this? also if it is true.. how can I have this small feature that will do major wonders for me?

    Thanks in advance guys =]

Pretty sure the guy who says it works on 2.1 is using CyanogenMod.

This is a pretty slick feature that AFAIK, only CM has.

nextheme is a theme. Depends what rom you are talking about. I am guessing you mean one of the ones that Fab has done. Either the stock ESE81 Nextheme or NexBeast. If one of those is what you are talking about then no they probably wont get it. If you mean nextheme for cyanogenmod then it already has it. I probably confused you more than before.

That would be a pretty neat feature to incorporate. Can't deny that they put some pretty unique features into those CM ROMs. Not enough for me to switch, though. Optimization is key.

Absolutely, I listen to music often on my Droid. Would be great to see someone else incorporate into their ROMs.
