I570EXXJD4 is for the following coutries.

Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom.

You could use it in the USA, just need to add your own APN (Access Point Names) settings.

Without APN settings, you won't be able to get GRPS or MMS messages. In other words no data, no internet access, no sending or receiving multimedia files and no Market Access.

You will probably be able to get internet access through Wifi, but not roaming.

Don't panic though, your provider will be more than willing to give you your APN settings. Most publish these on their websites.

If only there was some way we could update our phone's firmware without having to wait for Samsung, or our Mobile Provider to give us the update....
