Is it just me or is the market seriously lacking in the area of icons?! It's either you get a:

iCrap Icon Pack (Seriously, why would anyone want to put that on an Android?!)
    X Sports Team Icon Pack
    X Country Icon Pack

I really wanted a sleek dark gray icon pack, or MBlend to do a Green set but no luck....

Anyone know where I can find different icons, or possibly make my own icon packs for a NON-Rooted Mt3G? Thanks in advance.

If you are willing to use a replacement app, pandahome is free and allows you to assign your own icon to each program. You can also use this to make your own complete theme.

I have Open Home, and it isn't so much about the theme just the lack of decent icons and non-iCrap icons...

Sorry, shoulda clarified some. When I said theme, I meant you could make your own icons and use them using pandohome, don't know much about Open Home. For example, I made this batman theme using that editor and installed the theme using pandahome. For the icons, I just found the characters I wanted, edited them slightly in gimp, and resized them to be 48x48.

Warning about Pandahome.. it can seriously mess up your phone. I'd wait until it's better developed. Free is good, but not when it causes serious headaches.

BetterCut and FolderOrganizer are both very good apps to use for putting your own icons on your apps.
