ICS Update mutes the caller ringtone for a sec.

Does anybody have this problem?

After the ICS update when a call comes in the ringtone is muted for a sec at the beginning and then it starts halfway from the tone. I had this problem with my old phones, I hated it.

I really like everything else that came with the ICS, especially the smooth scrolls> I had some apps that used to stutter when I was on Gingerbread, but with the ICS on wow.

Please advice if anybody has a solution for this problem.
