Perhaps I've got a duffer?? There's one my S3 e but it does not work

Must use the earphones as an aerial.

Despite being 10m for Central London, outside & with the wire in all angles, I've only picked up 3 radio stations. It's worse than the experimental radio 1st offered on my last mobile around 10 years ago.

If my radio is normal I'm tempted to send it back. You can't advertise something as a radio if it gives 3 not 100 stations. (I've recently bought a earphone radio at the pound shop, works fine).

I wouldn't mind, but the S3 has such odd taste, only offering radio 3 & 2 talky sporty stations.

Hello and welcome skrivener - thanks for joining AF! :)

I am not familiar with the Galaxy S3... you might be best heading to Samsung Galaxy S3 - Android Forums to connect with other users of the same phone (not sure how many of our members come to the intros section). In the SGS III sub-forum, you will be able to get all sorts of useful hints, tips, tricks, help and advice on getting the most out of your phone.

Hope you find this place useful :)

Welcome to AF skrivener! Sorry to hear about your FM radio disappointment. To be honest, my coworker has an S3 and he complained to me about the same issue, poor radio reception, so it may be a model design flaw, as opposed to a defect on your phone... hope you get it resolved though! Thanks for joining up! :)
